Alan Klein worked with PR 'Consigliere' Alan Metrick of Alan Metrick Communications to pitch the devastating impact New York's real estate tidal wave is having, specifically, on musicians and New York's much vaunted music and cultural scenes. NYC Performing Arts Spaces, the organization behind this story, released a report with specific recommendations on how to keep New York as "cultural capital of the world."

The report addresses a lack of affordable rehearsal space for established and emerging talent. It suggests that New York will face a talent drain as musicians leave New York to revitalize other cities' music scenes.

Working with Alan Metrick Communications, we landed a front-page Metro Section story in the New York Times.
